Vegetarian Momos With Schezwan Sauce

Supplies
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp celery
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 cup Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt as per requirement
- 1 cup refined flour
- Water as required
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ cup onions
- ¼ cup carrot
- ¼ cup Capsicum
- ¼ cup Cabbage
- 1 cup soya chunks
Steps
- Take a heating saucepan, add oil, garlic, celery and ginger and mix it well. To this, add chilli paste and stir. Further add, garam masala, soy sauce water, black pepper and salt.
- Take a bowl, and add refined flour, water and oil. Knead the dough and keep it aside.
- Take a heating saucepan, add oil, ginger, garlic, onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and soya chunks. Stir this well.
- Grab a rolling pin and board, get the dough and make it into a round shape and add the stuffing made earlier. Shape the momos and place it on the steamer to get it cooked!
