Supplies

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 cup tomato
  • Water as required
  • 1 packet Maggie noodles
  • 4 tbsp tastemaker
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat oil and add in the vegetables. Saute for a minute.
  2. Add in water, noodles and tastemaker, mix well.
  3. Cover and cook till done.
  4. Add the three shredded cheeses and mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
