
Supplies
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup capsicum
- 1 cup tomato
- Water as required
- 1 packet Maggie noodles
- 4 tbsp tastemaker
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Coriander for garnish
Steps
- Heat oil and add in the vegetables. Saute for a minute.
- Add in water, noodles and tastemaker, mix well.
- Cover and cook till done.
- Add the three shredded cheeses and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
