  • For marinade
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Pomfret
  • Lemon
  • Potato cubes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mint chutney

Steps

  1. Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add 4 pieces of pomfret to the marinate mixture and keep them aside.
  3. To a skewer add a lemon slide, one-piece pomfret and a cube of potato and grill.
  4. Serve with mint chutney.
