- For marinade
- 2 cups curd
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 Pomfret
- Lemon
- Potato cubes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp mint chutney
Steps
- Add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add 4 pieces of pomfret to the marinate mixture and keep them aside.
- To a skewer add a lemon slide, one-piece pomfret and a cube of potato and grill.
- Serve with mint chutney.
