- 230 g mozzarella cheese, cut in sticks
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cut the mozzarella into sticks. Combine the flour, salt and tandoori masala.
- Coat the sticks with the flour mixture, then pass through the beaten eggs and coat with breading, parsley and finish through the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in abundant oil and serve while hot!
