Ingredients

  • 230 g mozzarella cheese, cut in sticks
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. Cut the mozzarella into sticks. Combine the flour, salt and tandoori masala.
  2. Coat the sticks with the flour mixture, then pass through the beaten eggs and coat with breading, parsley and finish through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in abundant oil and serve while hot!
