Supplies

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2cup red bell pepper
  • 1/2cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1/2cup paneer
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder
  • Cilantro
  • For chaas dressing
  • 1 cup yogurt 1cup
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. For Salad:
  2. Add boiled corn, chopped onions, finely chopped cucumber, bell peppers and paneer and chopped cilantro into a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
  4. Mix and toss everything very well.
  5. For Dressing:
  6. Whisk the yogurt and add the buttermilk to it.
  7. Add a white vinegar and onion paste.
  8. Add olive oil and give it a good mix.
  9. Season it with garlic, salt and pepper.
  10. Now add this dressing to the bowl of corn salad and give it a good mix before serving.
