- 4 large French bread rolls
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup processed ham, diced
- 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated mozzarella, chopped ham, chopped parsley and egg.
- Make a cut down the center of the loaves and remove the bread from the center.
- Fill the mini-loaves with the mixture, add more grated cheese on top, and bake until browned.
