• 4 large French bread rolls
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup processed ham, diced
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated mozzarella, chopped ham, chopped parsley and egg.
  3. Make a cut down the center of the loaves and remove the bread from the center.
  4. Fill the mini-loaves with the mixture, add more grated cheese on top, and bake until browned.
