Supplies

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Coriander for garnish
  • 12 samosa patti
  • Slurry as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. In a pan add oil and onions and saute them well.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Remove it and let it cool.
  4. Take samosa patti then add the filling. Apply cornflour slurry and fold in the shape of a samosa.
  5. Deep fry in oil till brown in colour and crispy.
  6. Serve with ketchup.
