
Supplies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup tomato
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups mushroom
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Coriander for garnish
- 12 samosa patti
- Slurry as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Steps
- In a pan add oil and onions and saute them well.
- Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Remove it and let it cool.
- Take samosa patti then add the filling. Apply cornflour slurry and fold in the shape of a samosa.
- Deep fry in oil till brown in colour and crispy.
- Serve with ketchup.
