- 500 gm potatoes
- Water
- 15 gm salt
- Oil for deep frying
- 5 gm turmeric powder
- 5 gm chilli powder
- 15 gm coriander powder
- 3 gm black pepper
- 5 gm amchur
- 5 gm cumin
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Take peel potato cut into 1 by 4.
- Drop it into water add salt and rest it for 5- 8 min.
- Remove it and keep on absorbent paper to remove excess water.
- Then deep fry in oil till the potato softens. Insert fork and check.
- Remove in absorbent paper.
- Slightly mash potato by the bowl.
- Again deep fry till crispy golden brown remove it.
- In a pan add oil and other masalas saute for a min.
- Add potatoes and toss it well.
- Add fresh coriander and salt according to taste.
- Ready to eat.
