  • 500 gm potatoes
  • Water
  • 15 gm salt
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 5 gm turmeric powder
  • 5 gm chilli powder
  • 15 gm coriander powder
  • 3 gm black pepper
  • 5 gm amchur
  • 5 gm cumin
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Take peel potato cut into 1 by 4.
  2. Drop it into water add salt and rest it for 5- 8 min.
  3. Remove it and keep on absorbent paper to remove excess water.
  4. Then deep fry in oil till the potato softens. Insert fork and check.
  5. Remove in absorbent paper.
  6. Slightly mash potato by the bowl.
  7. Again deep fry till crispy golden brown remove it.
  8. In a pan add oil and other masalas saute for a min.
  9. Add potatoes and toss it well.
  10. Add fresh coriander and salt according to taste.
  11. Ready to eat.
