- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp curry leaves
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ cup red bell peppers
- ¼ cup yellow bell peppers
- ¼ cup green bell peppers
- ¼ cup carrots
- ½ cup boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 4 nos chicken thighs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup water
- Cherry tomatoes
- Microgreens
- Lemon slice
- Pomegranate seeds
Steps
- In a pan add oil curry leaves and garlic saute for a min.
- Add turmeric powder and all veggies and toss it well.
- Season it and properly and keep aside.
- In another pan add oil place chicken pieces in it.
- Season it. And turn to form others side cook properly. Add garlic and coriander butter to it.
- Add veggies and seasoning and add water.
- Bake at 160°c for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with microgreens, pomegranate seeds and lemon slice.
- Serve hot.
