  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers
  • ¼ cup yellow bell peppers
  • ¼ cup green bell peppers
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • ½ cup boiled potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 4 nos chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup water
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Microgreens
  • Lemon slice
  • Pomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. In a pan add oil curry leaves and garlic saute for a min.
  2. Add turmeric powder and all veggies and toss it well.
  3. Season it and properly and keep aside.
  4. In another pan add oil place chicken pieces in it.
  5. Season it. And turn to form others side cook properly. Add garlic and coriander butter to it.
  6. Add veggies and seasoning and add water.
  7. Bake at 160°c for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with microgreens, pomegranate seeds and lemon slice.
  9. Serve hot.
