  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 4 tbsp roohafza syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 ground cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • 500 ml full-fat milk
  • 4 tbsp roohafza syrup

Steps

  1. mix the ingredients for the milk together
  2. create the froth
  3. add the froth on top of the milk
  4. top with 1 scoop of ice cream
  5. garnish with roohafza syrup, rose petals, and chopped almonds
