- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 dry red chillies
- 2 cups onion
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 cup mutton chunks
- ¼ cup curd
- 1 cup soaked channa
- Water as required
- ¼ cup ghee
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ cup fried onions
Steps
- In a cooker add oil, bay leaves and dry red chilli.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and onions and saute well.
- Add powder spices and mix well.
- Add mutton chunks and saute well.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Add channa to it and water.
- Pressure cook for 4 whistles.
- Open the lid add other ingredients.
- And cook for some more time.
- Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
- Serve with paratha.
