- 180 gms refined flour
- 225 gms castor sugar
- 3 gms baking soda
- 3 gms baking powder
- 35 gms coco powder
- 80 gms butter
- 10 ml vinegar
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- 180 ml milk
- For Garnish
- 200 ml chocolate ganache
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate chips
Steps
- Add all batter ingredients in a bowl and whisk it properly.
- Pour into a greased tray.
- Place in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 35-40 min.
- Remove it and cool it
- Keep on a rack. Pour ganache on top.
- Sprinkle garnish.
- Serve.
