  • For Roast masala
  • 1 cup dry red chillies
  • 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp methi seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • For marination
  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 2 tbsp roast masala
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp tamarind water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewer sticks
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp roast masala
  • 2 tbsp water

Steps

  1. In a pan add all masala spices and dry roast them properly.
  2. Grind them till fine powder.
  3. In a bowl add prawns add spices and curd and other ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Assemble in skewers.
  6. Keep aside.
  7. In a pan add ghee and roast masala spice powder add water and saute till raw smell goes.
  8. Add prawns and cook them from both sides.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
