- For Roast masala
- 1 cup dry red chillies
- 3 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp methi seeds
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic
- For marination
- 1 cup Prawns
- 2 tbsp roast masala
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Skewer sticks
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp roast masala
- 2 tbsp water
Steps
- In a pan add all masala spices and dry roast them properly.
- Grind them till fine powder.
- In a bowl add prawns add spices and curd and other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Assemble in skewers.
- Keep aside.
- In a pan add ghee and roast masala spice powder add water and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add prawns and cook them from both sides.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
