- 1 cup poha
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup idli rava
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups water
- In a mixer grinder add poha and make a fine powder from it.
- Add this powder to a bowl, add curd to it and give a quick mix.
- Add rava, salt and baking soda. Then add water and mix well.
- Grease the idli steamer with some oil and fill in the mixture.
- Steam for 15 mins on medium heat.
- Serve hot with some chutney and sambar
