  • 1 cup poha
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup idli rava
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups water

Steps

  1. In a mixer grinder add poha and make a fine powder from it.
  2. Add this powder to a bowl, add curd to it and give a quick mix.
  3. Add rava, salt and baking soda. Then add water and mix well.
  4. Grease the idli steamer with some oil and fill in the mixture.
  5. Steam for 15 mins on medium heat.
  6. Serve hot with some chutney and sambar
