Supplies

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Fried cauliflower
  • 1/8 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl add cauliflower turmeric powder and salt and mix it. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Deep fry it.
  3. In a pan add oil mustard seeds bay leaf ginger garlic paste and onion paste and sauté for some time.
  4. Add all powdered masala and tomato puree and cook for some time.
  5. Add fried cauliflower and mix well.
  6. Add cream cashew nuts and fresh coriander and mix well.
  7. Add salt and mix well.
  8. Garnish with cashew nuts and coriander.
  9. Serve hot.
