- ● 40 parle g biscuits
- ● Pinch of salt
- ● 1.5 tbsp butter
- ● 1 tbsp sugar
- ● 1/2 cup milk
- ● 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ● Gold foil
Steps
- 1. Grind cookies to a fine crumb in a food processor.
- 2. Add in sugar, butter, and milk. Mix to combine.
- 3. Refrigerate this butter.
- 4. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- 5. Scoop out portions of the cookie butter and place them on a baking sheet.
- 6. Place baking sheet/plate in the freezer for 15 minutes. Take out the tray and
- now cookie butter will be firmer. Using your hands, roll into balls.
- 7. Place back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Prepare 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 8. Microwave chocolate in 25-second intervals until melted. Take out cookie
- butter balls.
- 9. Using a fork, dip cookie butter balls into chocolate to coat and place back onto
- a cooling rack for the chocolate to drip.
- 10. Freeze this and let the chocolate set and add a gold leaf on top.
