Ingredients

  • ● 40 parle g biscuits
  • ● Pinch of salt
  • ● 1.5 tbsp butter
  • ● 1 tbsp sugar
  • ● 1/2 cup milk
  • ● 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ● Gold foil

Steps

  1. 1. Grind cookies to a fine crumb in a food processor.
  2. 2. Add in sugar, butter, and milk. Mix to combine.
  3. 3. Refrigerate this butter.
  4. 4. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Scoop out portions of the cookie butter and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Place baking sheet/plate in the freezer for 15 minutes. Take out the tray and
  7. now cookie butter will be firmer. Using your hands, roll into balls.
  8. 7. Place back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Prepare 1 cup of chocolate chips
  9. 8. Microwave chocolate in 25-second intervals until melted. Take out cookie
  10. butter balls.
  11. 9. Using a fork, dip cookie butter balls into chocolate to coat and place back onto
  12. a cooling rack for the chocolate to drip.
  13. 10. Freeze this and let the chocolate set and add a gold leaf on top.
