- For marination
- ¼ cup curd
- Chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup cornflour
- Chopped green chilli
- Chopped ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- For batter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for deep frying
Steps
- In a bowl add all marination ingredients and mix well.
- Add paneer cubes in it and mix gently.
- Keep aside for 30 mins
- In another bowl add all batter ingredients and whisk together properly.
- Take marinated paneer dip in the batter and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve with sauce.
