In a bowl, take the dates, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, flax seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, cardamom powder, ginger powder, and mix it. Put this mixture in a blender and grind it to make a coarse paste. Grease your hand with oil or ghee and roll this paste into small truffles balls. Coat these truffle balls with coconut flakes and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
