  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • Garnish with:
  • Pistachios
  • Almonds

Steps

  1. In a bowl, take the dates, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, flax seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, cardamom powder, ginger powder, and mix it. Put this mixture in a blender and grind it to make a coarse paste. Grease your hand with oil or ghee and roll this paste into small truffles balls. Coat these truffle balls with coconut flakes and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
