We have a healthy truffle recipe for you to try this Diwali.
Supplies
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- Garnish with:
- Pistachios
- Almonds
Steps
- In a bowl, take the dates, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, flax seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, cardamom powder, ginger powder, and mix it. Put this mixture in a blender and grind it to make a coarse paste. Grease your hand with oil or ghee and roll this paste into small truffles balls. Coat these truffle balls with coconut flakes and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
