- ¼ cup oil
- ½ cup onion paste
- ½ kg shredded mutton
- 2 tbsp curd
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ⅔ cloves
- ½ cardamom pods
- Water as required
- Coriander (garnish)
- Thepla dough
Steps
- Take a heating saucepan, pour some oil, add onion paste, mix it well and add shredded mutton to it, curd, mix it well and add salt to taste.
- Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped garlic, cloves, cardamom pods, mix all this well and add water as required. Mix it well with water.
- Once heated and cooked well, garnish with coriander.
- Take the thepla dough, roll it and make into theplas. Oil the pan and fry the theplas.
- Make these theplas into the shape of tacos and add the mutton filling.
- Garnish with coriander and enjoy with a dip!
