• ¼ cup oil
  • ½ cup onion paste
  • ½ kg shredded mutton
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ⅔ cloves
  • ½ cardamom pods
  • Water as required
  • Coriander (garnish)
  • Thepla dough


  1. Take a heating saucepan, pour some oil, add onion paste, mix it well and add shredded mutton to it, curd, mix it well and add salt to taste.
  2. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped garlic, cloves, cardamom pods, mix all this well and add water as required. Mix it well with water.
  3. Once heated and cooked well, garnish with coriander.
  4. Take the thepla dough, roll it and make into theplas. Oil the pan and fry the theplas.
  5. Make these theplas into the shape of tacos and add the mutton filling.
  6. Garnish with coriander and enjoy with a dip!
