
Supplies
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- Water as required
- Coriander leaves
- Salt as required
- 4 pavs
- 1 lemon
Steps
- In a pan add butter and cumin seeds when it's done add garlic, ginger, chilli, onion and saute well.
- Add tomatoes and masalas saute well.
- Add capsicum and water, salt and coriander leaves.
- Simmer for some time.
- In another pan add butter add pav and toast them from both sides.
- Add masala and again toast.
- Serve with onion and lemon.
