Supplies

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • Water as required
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as required
  • 4 pavs
  • 1 lemon

Steps

  1. In a pan add butter and cumin seeds when it's done add garlic, ginger, chilli, onion and saute well.
  2. Add tomatoes and masalas saute well.
  3. Add capsicum and water, salt and coriander leaves.
  4. Simmer for some time.
  5. In another pan add butter add pav and toast them from both sides.
  6. Add masala and again toast.
  7. Serve with onion and lemon.
