- 310 gms refined flour
- 8 gms baking powder
- 6 gms baking soda
- 10 gms cardamom powder
- 400 gms milkmaid
- 200 gms melted butter
- 200 ml water
- 200 ml sugar water
- 200 gms whipping cream
- 12 pieces motichoor ladoo
- Pista caramel threads
- ¼ cup pista powered
- 1 tsp golden dust
- 1 leaf silver verk
Steps
- In a bowl add all the cake ingredients and mix well.
- Pour in a cake mould.
- Bake at 180°c for 25 mins.
- Whip cream by adding cardamom powder.
- Let it cool.
- Divide the cake into 3 parts.
- Drizzle sugar water on the sliced cake.
- Pipe whipping cream on the cut slice.
- Place motichoor ladoo on the layer.
- Repeat process again.
- Top with whipping cream.
- Garnish with ladoo, caramel, golden dust and silver verk.
