Motichoor Ladoo Cake

Soft, delish, melt in the mouth laddoo, ophs! cake

Supplies

  • 310 gms refined flour
  • 8 gms baking powder
  • 6 gms baking soda
  • 10 gms cardamom powder
  • 400 gms milkmaid
  • 200 gms melted butter
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml sugar water
  • 200 gms whipping cream
  • 12 pieces motichoor ladoo
  • Pista caramel threads
  • ¼ cup pista powered
  • 1 tsp golden dust
  • 1 leaf silver verk

Steps

  1. In a bowl add all the cake ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour in a cake mould.
  3. Bake at 180°c for 25 mins.
  4. Whip cream by adding cardamom powder.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Divide the cake into 3 parts.
  7. Drizzle sugar water on the sliced cake.
  8. Pipe whipping cream on the cut slice.
  9. Place motichoor ladoo on the layer.
  10. Repeat process again.
  11. Top with whipping cream.
  12. Garnish with ladoo, caramel, golden dust and silver verk.
