Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper, lemon juice, chaat masala kasuri methi and oil.
Mix some boneless chicken with this paste and keep it aside to marinate for around 20 minutes.
Set saucepan back over low heat.
Add oil, bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon stick. Let the spices bloom.
To this, add the marinated chicken with cashew paste and mint paste. Mix it well.
Add salt & coriander according to taste and stir it.
Garnish with cream and mint leaves and enjoy the delicious Malai Pudina Chicken.
