Malai Pudina Chicken
A great Indian meal is complete without some creamy malai chicken!
Supplies
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tspturmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ kgs boneless chicken
- 2 bay leaves
- 3-4 cloves
- 4-5 green cardamoms
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ cup cashew paste
- 1 tsp mint paste
Steps
- Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper, lemon juice, chaat masala kasuri methi and oil.
- Mix some boneless chicken with this paste and keep it aside to marinate for around 20 minutes.
- Set saucepan back over low heat.
- Add oil, bay leaves, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon stick. Let the spices bloom.
- To this, add the marinated chicken with cashew paste and mint paste. Mix it well.
- Add salt & coriander according to taste and stir it.
- Garnish with cream and mint leaves and enjoy the delicious Malai Pudina Chicken.
