- 2 cups fresh cream
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup curd
- ½ cup jack cheese
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped mint
- 3 cups blanch broccoli
Steps
- In a bowl add all marination ingredients and mix well.
- Add blanched broccoli in it and mix it properly
- Rest for 1 hour.
- Then put onto a skewer.
- Grill on the broccoli on gas.
- Serve with chutney.
