  • 2 cups fresh cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup curd
  • ½ cup jack cheese
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped mint
  • 3 cups blanch broccoli

Steps

  1. In a bowl add all marination ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add blanched broccoli in it and mix it properly
  3. Rest for 1 hour.
  4. Then put onto a skewer.
  5. Grill on the broccoli on gas.
  6. Serve with chutney.
