
Supplies
- 1tbsp Oil.
- 1tbsp Garlic.
- 1tbsp Ginger.
- 1tbsp Green chilies.
- 1tbsp Green onions.
- Vegetable stock.
- 1cup finely chopped carrot.
- 1cup finely chopped capsicum.
- 1cup finely chopped cabbage.
- 1tbsp red chili paste.
- 1tsp soy sauce.
- 1/2tsp vinegar.
- 1tsp sugar.
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- Salt
- 2tsp Maggi masala
- 1tbsp cornflour slurry.
- 3-4 Packets of Maggi
Steps
- 1. Take 1tbsp oil in a pan.
- 2. Add 1tbsp garlic, 1tbsp ginger, 1tbsp green chilies, and 1tbsp green onions
- 3. Stir until brown.
- 4. Add vegetable stock as required.
- 5. Add 1cup finely chopped carrot, 1cup finely chopped capsicum, and 1cup finely chopped cabbage.
- 6. Mix well.
- 7. Add 1tbsp red chili paste, 1tsp soy sauce, 1/2tsp vinegar.
- 8. Add 1tsp sugar, 1tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and 2tsp Maggi masala.
- 9. Mix well.
- 10. Add 1tbsp cornflour slurry.
- 11. Add 3-4 packets of Maggi.
- 12. Serve Hot!!!
