- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cashuwnuts
- 1 tbsp raisins
- ¼ cup ghee
- 1 cup rava/semolina
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp saffron
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- fried nuts
Steps
- In a pan add ghee and heat it.
- Add cashew nuts and roast on a slow flame.
- Add raisins and saute till its flupp
- Take castiron kadai, add ghee and rava.
- Saute ghee and rava for 5 mins on slow flame.
- Add milk and stir well.
- Add sugar and other ingredients.
- Cook it properly.
- Add fried nuts and mix well.
- Serve at room temperature.
