  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp cashuwnuts
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 1 cup rava/semolina
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp saffron
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • fried nuts

Steps

  1. In a pan add ghee and heat it.
  2. Add cashew nuts and roast on a slow flame.
  3. Add raisins and saute till its flupp
  4. Take castiron kadai, add ghee and rava.
  5. Saute ghee and rava for 5 mins on slow flame.
  6. Add milk and stir well.
  7. Add sugar and other ingredients.
  8. Cook it properly.
  9. Add fried nuts and mix well.
  10. Serve at room temperature.
