- Jowar
- 2 tsp ghee
- ¼ tsp hing
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp dry coconut
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup puffed jowar
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Take a pan heat it add raw jowar into it. Cover it
- Leave it for 1 min then half cover the pan and keep stirring till its pops.
- Remove it from the pan.
- In a pan add ghee, hing, mustard seeds and other ingredients and then add puffed jowar and mix well. Add salt.
- Mix well.
- Serve.
