  • 2 cups refined flour
  • ½ cup besan
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp yellow colour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • ⅛ tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rabdi
  • 1 tsp stabilizer
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mix berries

Steps

  1. In a bowl add all batter ingredients like refined flour, besan, cornflour, curd, yellow colour and baking soda and make a batter like a pancake.
  2. On a tawa brush some oil, pour some batter and spread it lightly and shallow fry it.
  3. Then deep fry in oil and give tacos shape with a tong.
  4. Remove it from oil.
  5. In another pan add water, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and rose water and make a sugar syrup.
  6. Add fried tacos in the sugar syrup and soak it for 1 min.
  7. Remove from sugar syrup.
  8. In a bowl add thick rabdi and stabilizer whisk it properly.
  9. Then add whipped cream and using cut fold method mix it properly.
  10. In a taco pour a spoonful of whipped rabdi and then place some berries and repeat it again.
  11. Serve.
