Jackfruit Filling

  • 600 gms jackfruit
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 12 tsp rock salt
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Marinade

  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • 3 tbsp chilli flakes chilli flakes
  • 1/3 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps

Marinade

  1. Mix the marinade and jackfruit
  2. Tandoor - In the bowl, place a betel leaf and hot coal on top of the mixture
  3. Put 1 tbsp ghee on the coal
  4. Cover with foil for 10 minutes
  5. Shallow fry the jackfruit pieces
  6. Assembly - In tart shells, put the jackfruit mixture, then top with makhani sauce, green chutney, finely chopped onion, and coriander.
