Jackfruit Filling
- 600 gms jackfruit
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 12 tsp rock salt
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Marinade
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- 3 tbsp chilli flakes chilli flakes
- 1/3 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
Marinade
- Mix the marinade and jackfruit
- Tandoor - In the bowl, place a betel leaf and hot coal on top of the mixture
- Put 1 tbsp ghee on the coal
- Cover with foil for 10 minutes
- Shallow fry the jackfruit pieces
- Assembly - In tart shells, put the jackfruit mixture, then top with makhani sauce, green chutney, finely chopped onion, and coriander.
