- 1 cup tomato puree
- ½ cup milk

- Spaghetti pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Chicken sauce
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Coriander leaves
Steps
- Cut veggies and keep them aside.
- In a pan add oil butter cumin seeds and fennel seeds add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- Add all veggies together and saute well.
- Add other spices and saute it.
- Add chicken mince and saute till it is done
- Add tomato puree and keep it for some time to cook.
- Add coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
- In another pot, boil water add spaghetti pasta boil for 12 mins
- Remove it.
- Take another pan add butter blanch pasta and saute for some time then add salt and pepper.
- Add sauce and mix well.
- Finish with parmesan and coriander leaves.
- Serve with extra sauce.
