- 1 cup coconut meat
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
Steps
- In a blender add coconut meat, coconut water, coconut milk and blend properly.
- Take the mixture out from the jar and add condensed milk and mix well.
- Add whipped cream and use the cut and fold method to mix properly.
- Transfer into another container and keep in the freezer till it freezes.
- Scoop and serve.
