  • 1 cup coconut meat
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Steps

  1. In a blender add coconut meat, coconut water, coconut milk and blend properly.
  2. Take the mixture out from the jar and add condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Add whipped cream and use the cut and fold method to mix properly.
  4. Transfer into another container and keep in the freezer till it freezes.
  5. Scoop and serve.
