Uncooked tapioca pearls

  • Honey

Mango Bubble Tea

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk

Strawberry Vanilla Bubble Tea:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk

Matcha Green Tea Bubble Tea:

  • 1/2 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup ice

Steps

Uncooked tapioca pearls

  1. To cook the tapioca, pour the tapioca into boiling water.
  2. Boil, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, place a lid on the pot and let sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Drain and coat lightly in honey.

Mango Bubble Tea

  1. To make the slushie, choose your desired flavor and blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon some tapioca into the bottom of a tall glass and top with your smoothie.
  3. Add a bubble tea straw and enjoy!

  1. Dissolve the matcha powder in the hot milk, then add this to the blender with the remaining ingredients.
