Mango Bubble Tea
- 1 fresh mango, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk
Strawberry Vanilla Bubble Tea:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk
Matcha Green Tea Bubble Tea:
- 1/2 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Steps
Uncooked tapioca pearls
- To cook the tapioca, pour the tapioca into boiling water.
- Boil, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, place a lid on the pot and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Drain and coat lightly in honey.
Mango Bubble Tea
- To make the slushie, choose your desired flavor and blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Spoon some tapioca into the bottom of a tall glass and top with your smoothie.
- Add a bubble tea straw and enjoy!
