  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tabasco
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup jalapenos
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup lettuce
  • 2 tbsp coriander

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Take one roti cut into two halves.
  3. Fill the roti with the egg salad and garnish with coriander and serve.
