- ● 200 grams malai paneer
- ● 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ● 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- ● 2 tbsp minced garlic
- ● 2 tbsp minced ginger
- ● 1.5 cups finely chopped onions
- ● 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- ● 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- ● 1 tsp coriander powder
- ● 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- ● 1 tsp kasuri methi
- ● 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- ● 1/2 tsp garam masala
- ● 1 tbsp besan
- ● 1.5 cups finely chopped tomatoes
- ● 3 green chillies finely chopped
- ● 1 tsp salt
- ● 1/2 cup water
- ● 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- ● 2 tbsp cream
- ● 2 tbsp mint leaves
Steps
- . Crumble the paneer and keep it aside
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, minced garlic and minced ginger.
- Saute for a few seconds. Add in the finely chopped onions. Saute on a medium
- flame for about 12-15 minutes until the onions are nice and brown.
- 3. Add in all the spice powders and saute for a minute on a low flame. Add in the
- besan and saute for a minute more on a low flame.
- 4. Add in the tomatoes and the green chillies.
- 5. Add in the salt and half a cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- 6. Add in the chopped coriander leaves and the shredded paneer. Add in the
- cream. Mix well and cook for a minute more.
- 7. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with roti.
