  • 2 cups coriander
  • 1 cup besan
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and dry mix it.
  2. Then add tamarind pulp and water and make a very soft dough.
  3. Set it in a mold.
  4. Steam it for 12 -15 min.
  5. Remove and cool it.
  6. Cut into square pics.
  7. Deep fry till light brown colour.
  8. Serve.
