
Supplies
- 2 cups coriander
- 1 cup besan
- ¼ cup rice flour
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Water as required
Steps
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and dry mix it.
- Then add tamarind pulp and water and make a very soft dough.
- Set it in a mold.
- Steam it for 12 -15 min.
- Remove and cool it.
- Cut into square pics.
- Deep fry till light brown colour.
- Serve.
