• 2 cups Desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup Clarified Butter (ghee)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews


  1. On a deep non-stick pan, add ghee, desiccated coconut and milk till the mixture gets combined
  2. To the wet mixture add sugar
  3. Mix continuously keeping the flame on low. Sugar will start to melt and the mixture will turn watery. Keep stirring till it becomes a soft lump and crumbly
  4. Cool the mixture for 15 minutes
  5. To the cooled mixture, add cardamom powder and chopped cashew nuts
  6. Prepare small balls to form ladoos and roll it in desiccated coconut
