- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp green chillies
- salt to taste
- water as required
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 chapati
- 4-5 sliced onions
- 1 tbsp chilli vinegar
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
Steps
- 1. Heat oil in a heavy-based wok/pan and fry the chopped onions for some time.
- 2. Add all the spices and saute it for 1 min.
- 3. Add the green chillies, salt and water.
- 4. Mix it well and add the chicken.
- 5. Take the egg and put the chapati over it press firmly and cook it for a few seconds.
- 6. Add 2 tbsp chicken filling and garnish it with sliced onions, vinegar and chaat masala.
- 7. Roll it and serve fresh
