Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 chapati
  • 4-5 sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp chilli vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

Steps

  1. 1. Heat oil in a heavy-based wok/pan and fry the chopped onions for some time.
  2. 2. Add all the spices and saute it for 1 min.
  3. 3. Add the green chillies, salt and water.
  4. 4. Mix it well and add the chicken.
  5. 5. Take the egg and put the chapati over it press firmly and cook it for a few seconds.
  6. 6. Add 2 tbsp chicken filling and garnish it with sliced onions, vinegar and chaat masala.
  7. 7. Roll it and serve fresh
