
Supplies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup chicken julienne
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp coriander leaves
- 2non beaten eggs
- 1 rotti
- ½ tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tbsp slice onions
- 1 tsp fresh coriander
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mint chutney for serving
Steps
- In a wok add oil, garlic and onions and saute for some time.
- Add tomatoes and powdered masala into it.
- Add chicken and cook for some time.
- Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and leave them aside
- In a flat pan add oil pour egg mixture spread all over the pan. Add roti on it and flip it.
- On a roti add the chicken mixture and others veggies.
- Squeeze some lemon juice to it.
- Roll out tightly.
- Serve with chutney.
