- 2 cups dosa batter
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp cheese
- Podi masala
- Ghee
Steps
- In a bowl add dosa batter, add coconut milk, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix properly.
- In an appam pan grease oil pour appam batter spread around all pan add eggs and cheese.
- Cover it and cook for some time.
- Remove it spread some gun powder and ghee.
- Serve.
