  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • Podi masala
  • Ghee

Steps

  1. In a bowl add dosa batter, add coconut milk, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix properly.
  2. In an appam pan grease oil pour appam batter spread around all pan add eggs and cheese.
  3. Cover it and cook for some time.
  4. Remove it spread some gun powder and ghee.
  5. Serve.
