- 2 cups ref flour
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1 tsp salt
- water as required
- 1 tbsp oil
- for stuffing
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- fennel seeds
- ½ cup onion
- 1 tsp green chillies
- ½ tsp dry mango powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup mash potato
- 2 cups boiled corn
- 1 tsp powder sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Steps
- In a dough machine add all ingredients and make a hard dough.
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, onion and saute well.
- Add other masalas and mix well.
- Add mash potato, boil corn and mix well.
- Add other ingredients and toss well.
- Roll the dough cut in a square and fill the mixture in it and cover it.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Serve with schezwan sauce.
