Ingredients

  • for dough
  • 2 cups ref flour
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water as required
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • for stuffing
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • fennel seeds
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • ½ tsp dry mango powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 cup mash potato
  • 2 cups boiled corn
  • 1 tsp powder sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Steps

  1. In a dough machine add all ingredients and make a hard dough.
  2. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, onion and saute well.
  3. Add other masalas and mix well.
  4. Add mash potato, boil corn and mix well.
  5. Add other ingredients and toss well.
  6. Roll the dough cut in a square and fill the mixture in it and cover it.
  7. Deep fry in oil.
  8. Serve with schezwan sauce.
