  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp hing
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup crushed corn
  • ½ tsp green chilli
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Grate the whole corn.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, hing powder and other spices and saute till raw smells goes.
  3. Add crushed corn and mix well.
  4. Add green chilli and milk and mix properly and cook for some time.
  5. Add cheese grated coconut, coriander and salt mix it and cook it properly.
  6. Remove it.
  7. Serve with garlic bread.
