- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp hing
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 cup crushed corn
- ½ tsp green chilli
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Grate the whole corn.
- In a heavy bottom pan add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, hing powder and other spices and saute till raw smells goes.
- Add crushed corn and mix well.
- Add green chilli and milk and mix properly and cook for some time.
- Add cheese grated coconut, coriander and salt mix it and cook it properly.
- Remove it.
- Serve with garlic bread.
