- Boiling water
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
- 1 cup boiled veggies
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp butter
- Grated cheese as required
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Steps
- Take carrots and beans in a saucepan. Add tomatoes, water and cover. Cook till veggies are completely done. Mash it and set it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and cook till golden.
- Add potato and add in the mixed veggies.
- Mash it properly.
- Add water and cook till oil separates.
- Now add all spices.
- Simmer for 15 mins.
- Add peas, butter, capsicum mix it well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Split pav buns and toast in butter.
- Place them in a serving dish. Spoon hot bhaji in it, top with cheese and coriander leaves.
- Serve with onions
