  • Boiling water
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled veggies
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Grated cheese as required
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Steps

  1. Take carrots and beans in a saucepan. Add tomatoes, water and cover. Cook till veggies are completely done. Mash it and set it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and cook till golden.
  3. Add potato and add in the mixed veggies.
  4. Mash it properly.
  5. Add water and cook till oil separates.
  6. Now add all spices.
  7. Simmer for 15 mins.
  8. Add peas, butter, capsicum mix it well.
  9. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  10. Split pav buns and toast in butter.
  11. Place them in a serving dish. Spoon hot bhaji in it, top with cheese and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve with onions
