- For dabeli masala
- 4 red chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp clove
- 2 black cardamom
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp saunf
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ inch cinnamon stick
- ⅛ tsp hing
- ½ tsp salt
- For stuffing
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp dabeli masala
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 cups boiled potato
- ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- ¼ cup sev
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- For assembly
- Pav
- Tamarind chutney
- Garlic chutney
- Dabeli masala
- Chopped Onion
- Sev
- Grated Cheese
- Butter
Steps
- In a pan add all whole spices and dry roast them.
- In a blender grind till fine powder.
- In another pan add oil and dabeli masala saute till masala cooks.
- Then add other ingredients one by one and mix properly. And keep aside.
- Take a pav slice them between adding all chutneys and dabeli masala chopped onion sev and cheese cover it.
- Add butter on tava and toast pav on it.
- Serve.
