  • For dabeli masala
  • 4 red chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ inch cinnamon stick
  • ⅛ tsp hing
  • ½ tsp salt
  • For stuffing
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp dabeli masala
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 cups boiled potato
  • ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup sev
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • For assembly
  • Pav
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Garlic chutney
  • Dabeli masala
  • Chopped Onion
  • Sev
  • Grated Cheese
  • Butter

Steps

  1. In a pan add all whole spices and dry roast them.
  2. In a blender grind till fine powder.
  3. In another pan add oil and dabeli masala saute till masala cooks.
  4. Then add other ingredients one by one and mix properly. And keep aside.
  5. Take a pav slice them between adding all chutneys and dabeli masala chopped onion sev and cheese cover it.
  6. Add butter on tava and toast pav on it.
  7. Serve.
