
Supplies
- 1 cup mozzarella
- ½ cup onion
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 cup refined flour
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup refined flour
- 2 tsp ghee
Steps
- Take a bowl, add mozzarella, onion, cheddar cheese, chilli powder, chopped green chillies and garlic, mix it well and place it aside.
- Take refined flour, add salt and water as per requirements, oil and knead the dough.
- Make a round shape of the dough and remove a certain amount of it to be used in a single paratha.
- Roll the paratha dough and add the stuffing to it. Close it and roll the paratha again.
- Roast the paratha on a non-stick pan and spread ghee on it. Flip the paratha and cook well.
