• 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 cup refined flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 2 tsp ghee


  1. Take a bowl, add mozzarella, onion, cheddar cheese, chilli powder, chopped green chillies and garlic, mix it well and place it aside.
  2. Take refined flour, add salt and water as per requirements, oil and knead the dough.
  3. Make a round shape of the dough and remove a certain amount of it to be used in a single paratha.
  4. Roll the paratha dough and add the stuffing to it. Close it and roll the paratha again.
  5. Roast the paratha on a non-stick pan and spread ghee on it. Flip the paratha and cook well.
