
Supplies
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups refined flour
- 2 tbsp masala tea powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp oil for greasing
- For garnish
- Parle G biscuits
- Masala tea
- Cinnamon powder
- Sugar powder
Steps
- In a bowl add butter and sugar and cream together.
- Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk properly.
- Add all dry ingredients and mix by using the cut and fold method.
- Remove into a greased tray.
- Bake at 170°c for 35 minutes.
- Demold the cake
- Cover the cake with Parle G biscuits and pour masala tea on it.
- Dust with cinnamon and sugar.
- Serve.
